My name is Scott Dubberke and I am very excited to be the principal at Gray Elementary. As each year progressed, I have witnessed many amazing things that have made me proud and excited to be one of the leaders on this campus. Our goal at Gray is to provide an environment that is conducive to all students learning. We truly believe we produce the nation’s best each and every day.
I have been in education 21 years, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University. In 2006, I received my Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Sam Houston State University. I was honored to be named Assistant Principal at Gray Elementary in the spring of 2006.
I have been married to my beautiful and talented spouse Lana for 13 years; we have a lovely daughter, Amber, a wonderful son Tracer, and two dogs, Rocko and Ruby. I like to spend all my free time with my family.
I am very ecstatic about the journey we are taking at Gray Elementary and welcome everyone to come take a look at the magnificent things we are doing at our school each and every year. Our success is not possible without the support of our families, community members and our exceptional staff.
I have been an educator in Aldine ISD for 19 years. I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I earned a Master of Arts in School Counseling, as well as, a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Prairie View A& University. I enjoy spending time with family, planning events in the community, and listening to music.

The 2019-2020 school year marks my 21st year as an Educator in Aldine ISD. I earned a Masters of Education in Educational Administration as well as a Masters of Science in School Counseling from Prairie View University. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my adult children and my grandsons. Among my passions are music, exercising, mentoring, collecting coins, and traveling.
My name is Mr. Medina and I am excited to be joining the Gray Elementary Family. I have been an educator for 5 years in the Aldine Independent School District.Before starting my career in Aldine, I was a student at Aldine High School. I earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University. On my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new foods and traveling to new places.
